PLEHOA Board of Directors Meeting
March 10, 2008
Minutes
The regular monthly meeting of the Pine Lakes Estates Homeowners Association was held on March 10, 2008. President Charlie Matthews called the meeting to order at 7:00PM. In attendance were President Charlie Matthews, Vice President Pete Rabczewski, Secretary Pete Williams, Treasurer Jim Wright, ARC Chairman Bob DeMarco, and 8 guests. A quorum was reached so the meeting could proceed.
REPORTS
Pete W. read the minutes for the January meeting. Pete R.
made a motion that the minutes be accepted as read, seconded by Jim.
The Secretary’s minutes were unanimously approved.
Jim Wright delivered the Treasurer’s report. All maintenances fees have been received and payment made to ELS. Pete W. made a motion to accept the Treasure’s report, Pete R. seconded the motion. The Treasurer’s report was unanimously accepted.
Bob DeMarco reported on activity for ARC committee. An issue arose over a boat and trailer in a driveway for longer then allowed, It was settled after a short period of time involving letters and discussions. A request from a resident on Bardmoor for a pool screen over a deck on the back of the house is pending. Bob is waiting for a copy of the plan.
OLD BUSINESS
Charlie gave an update of plans to take care of the view between
Pine Lakes and Sun Sunseekers. The fence is being repaired
and a partial barrier is up to block the view at the front end.
Charlie gave a brief capsule of what was discussed at the annual meeting.
Charlie gave a brief report on the February liaison meeting. He talked about the large restaurant type dish washer and feels then we need in Pine Lakes.
NEW BUSINESS
Norm Suski stated that there is still a problem with the temperature
in the spa.
Joe Monks questioned how the method of numbering golf carts was arrived at. He stated and the board agreed that it when you were trying to identify who the cart belonged to.
It was stated that a letter of apparition should be sent to Judy Hale for the status report she prepares on liaison meeting issues. Also a thank you letter to Dave Sharpe for he does for the community.
Bardmoor residents who have flood lights on the back of their houses which can be seen as people enter Pine Lakes should be recognized. This creates a good impression of the community.
Dick Marshall will be on the Advisory Board.
Pete R. made motion to adjourn meeting; Jim seconded motion.
The Meeting was adjourned at 7:45Pm.
